First twelve pages feature charming publicity advertisements from 1904 for everything from toothpaste, Thermal spas, chocolates, upholstery and furnishing, candles, Banking, hotels, childrens toys, and mineral water.

First 15 (pages II-XV), are practical information and guides as to how to get into Paris, the roads, trains and tramways.

Then XVI- XXXIV: A practical guide to the different quarters of Paris and where to stay; furnished apartments; B & B's. A guide to each quarters different restaurants, cafes, bars; wine & liquor sellers; tobacco shop; public baths and public toilets.

XXXV-LI: List of Embassies; Ministers offices; Police stations; post office; telegram stations; and finally a list of Parisian societies and clubs.
