Shipping
With the global COVID19 crisis there are potentially longer shipping delays than usual so please bear with me.
I am offering a few different options for shipping.
Registered post, insured and with signature.
Regular post - uninsured and with no tracking.
For items with a value over 30 euro I will always ask that you take the tracked shipping option for peace of mind. In this case, I will provide you with a shipping tracking number so we can both keep an eye and stay on top of the delivery.
Items deeper than 3cm (once wrapped and packaged) automatically must ship by parcel post. Anything slimmer will be shipped as a registered letter.
I can combine banked items and refund any cost overage via Paypal.
The e-commerce service on this website is not very flexible when it comes to shipping options so always feel free to contact me if you have a query over shipping costs.
Group Shipping
As shipping costs around the world are dramatically increasing due to the reduction in International flights - I am offering to group items.
You can either buy multiple items here and I will refund overpaid shipping charges after you have checked out ….
OR….
You can drop me a line and let me know which items you are interested in purchasing and I can send you an invoice via paypal with the most accurate grouped shipping costs.
Banking Purchases
To bank purchases, email me at ruthribeaucourt@gmail.com with ‘HOLD PURCHASE‘ as the subject.
When you are ready for your items, just email and we will prepare them for shipment.
I offer the option of holding (banking) purchases for up to 6 weeks.
Layaway Options
I offer up to three layaway payments over a period of three months, one per month.
Once you have paid your first layaway payment (via paypal) you are committing to purchase this item.
I will then diary to invoice you the outstanding amounts on the date of your choice (e.g. 10th of every month) via Paypal.
I relish the challenge of picking for International clients and am often called upon to source antique wallpapers, 18th & 19th century ephemera, and vintage art.
I can pick for big stores or individuals who want a piece of France back home. You can send me a pinterest board of your interests, a price point and I will pick for you.
